Our History

Fish On Camp Grill’s mission is to share Alaska’s abundant food resources, mirroring the subsistence-driven lifestyle of many Alaskans. Since joining the Alaska State Fair in 2014, our journey has been dedicated to crafting local culinary delights. In 2024 we started offering food truck services, and in 2025, we are opening our first non-seasonal brick and mortar location in Wasilla, Alaska. This growth could not be possible without the support of our customers, family and friends. We have worked tirelessly to offer food services in the Mat-Su and Anchorage communities.

Kid’s menu was the absolute best part of the fair this year!! 👍❤️😎 And the food was bomb diggity too! So fast it was amazing. See you next year!!"
